Space Invader (1975)
Delightful day sailer with room to lounge
The Invader 22 was designed by Feltham, Walsh and Wakefield and built by Thames Marine from 1975. It's a masthead-rigged GRP sloop that's earned a reputation as a delightful little day sailer with the heart of a family cruiser — cleverly laid out below with a separate heads, forecabin, galley and a saloon that converts to a proper double berth, sleeping up to 5.
This one carries a fresh set of 2 renovated sails and a Yanmar inboard diesel for auxiliary power.
